Project Coordinator

August Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

· Plan work scheduling and documentation

· Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.

· Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.

· Communicate with clients and manage their expectations

· Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.

· Resolve design/site problems encountered during the renovating period

· Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.

· Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, Engineering, Construction or equivalent.

· Having relevant working experiences in renovation / construction relevant field will be an added advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· A team player with positive working attitude

· Be able to work independently with minimum guidance.

· Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
