We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Human Resources Manager and invite talented individuals to join us in our mission.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the full experience of HR functions across (1) Talent acquisition, (2) Payroll administration, (3) Compensation & Benefits, (4) Training and development, (5) Strategic workforce planning, (6) Performance Management, (7) Employee relations, (8) Organisation development and change, (9) HR Analytics (Quantitative), (10) HR Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, and (11) other matters.
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the institution's HR Management strategies.
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to the Management and employees in relation to employee life-cycle matters.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the President.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 5 years of progressive HR management experience, within an international private education setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's statutory regulations and standards (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act, TAFEP, PDPA).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EduTrust (GD Ver. 4) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
  • Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
