Job Purpose
Reporting to Lead, Manpower Development, your main roles are to assist and support in the
administrative matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
The Job
- Assist in administrative work and data entry
- Assist in data, budgeting, tracking reports
- Assist in interview scheduling for new representatives’ allowance applications
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Support the Recruitment Managers on the month-to-month execution of the career seminar
events that includes, but not limited to:
- Designing of the event EDM
- Sourcing of vendors
- Liaise with speakers and or vendors on set up requirements for the event
- Assist in planning of the event
- Any other duties as assigned - Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes
appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. - Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management
practices.

• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint is a major advantage
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over team work
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
