Wealth Management Operations - Middle Office Support - Associate

Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of the Asia Private Bank business that serves the complex wealth management needs of ultra-high net worth clients in countries across the region? You have found the right team!


As a Middle Office Support Associate within Wealth Management Operations, you will represent Operations and collaborate with our front office partners in meeting the needs of our clients. You are also required to continuously improve the processes and controls through effective partnership with front office, control partners and other operation teams to enable the bank to scale in a controlled manner.


Job responsibilities:

• Support the business on all operational matters and resolve it by partnering with the right

• Take ownership of the issues and exceptions and bring them to a logical conclusion.

• Ensure controls are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Use metrics to measure the performance of service providers.

• Analyze data and trends to identify process weakness and gaps in controls.

• Drive process improvement / automation initiatives and efficiency opportunities with the respective Ops teams.

• Identify opportunities to automate process via Intelligent Automation tools.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• At least 8 years of working experience and 4 years of operations experience with knowledge across product and process within Private Bank

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or other relevant disciplines

• Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and can execute on assignments independently

• Strong ownership with ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking are also required in driving solution, initiatives, and projects

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (partnership mindset)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge of Temenos will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx CORE certification is a plus.

• Client facing experience is desirable.
