JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares metal surfaces for electroplating (cleaning, degreasing, sanding)
- Sets up and operates electroplating equipment (tanks, rectifiers, pumps)
- Applies various electroplating coatings (nickel, chrome, copper, zinc)
- Monitors plating process parameters (temperature, pH, current density)
- Conducts quality control checks (thickness, adhesion, appearance)
- Operates CNC machines to manufacture parts, monitoring for accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoots machine errors, identifies issues, and performs repairs.
- Conducts routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines.
- Ensures compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborates with engineers to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Inspects finished parts for quality and precision.
- Maintains accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 3 years or more relevant experience
- Must have Relevant Diploma or Degree
- Follow the companies policies and procedures
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must work in irregular shift patterns (Including Night Shifts)
