Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any feedback or concerns promptly.
- Recruit, train and supervise a team of service staff, fostering a supportive and efficient working environment.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets for the outlet. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, coordinate supply orders, and collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth, timely operations.
Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a Korean restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environments.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control and achieving revenue targets.
