OUTLET MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any feedback or concerns promptly.
  • Recruit, train and supervise a team of service staff, fostering a supportive and efficient working environment.
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets for the outlet. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, coordinate supply orders, and collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth, timely operations.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a Korean restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environments.
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control and achieving revenue targets.
