WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be assisting on the day-to-day operations of the Product Team such as conducting customer research and competitors’ analysis. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Generate, develop and maintain product documentations
- Assist in upkeep of product comparison & related systems
- Collaborate with Product Due Diligence team in delivering timely product launches
- Organize product trainings, maintain a log of training attendance & manage the training recordings
- Participate in discussions with sales force to gather feedback on product propositions & align business needs with company product strategy
- Conduct customer research and competitors’ analyses
- Assist in preparation of presentation deck to Product Team Lead for ongoing firm level presentations
- Ability to handle product queries from internal/external stakeholders and resolve product issues & enquiries
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Actuarial, Insurance, Finance or Marketing related disciplines
- Preferably with at least 3 - 5 years working experience. Experience in insurance related sales environment & on-going trends will be a strong advantage.
- Certifications/licenses – CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Possess strong traits of analytical mind and good communication skills to articulate ideas in a simplified and laymen manner to stakeholders
- Meticulous & attention to details

- Able to multitask and work well with tight timelines
