WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be assisting on the day-to-day operations of the Product Team such as conducting customer research and competitors’ analysis. He / She has to be comfortable working independently to solve problems and be resourceful. Ready to ditch the status quo and dive into something exciting? We want YOU!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Generate, develop and maintain product documentations
  • Assist in upkeep of product comparison & related systems
  • Collaborate with Product Due Diligence team in delivering timely product launches
  • Organize product trainings, maintain a log of training attendance & manage the training recordings
  • Participate in discussions with sales force to gather feedback on product propositions & align business needs with company product strategy
  • Conduct customer research and competitors’ analyses
  • Assist in preparation of presentation deck to Product Team Lead for ongoing firm level presentations
  • Ability to handle product queries from internal/external stakeholders and resolve product issues & enquiries
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Actuarial, Insurance, Finance or Marketing related disciplines
  • Preferably with at least 3 - 5 years working experience. Experience in insurance related sales environment & on-going trends will be a strong advantage.
  • Certifications/licenses – CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Possess strong traits of analytical mind and good communication skills to articulate ideas in a simplified and laymen manner to stakeholders
  • Meticulous & attention to details
  • Proactive, positive mindset and highly adaptable to changes
  • Able to multitask and work well with tight timelines
