We are seeking for Executive/Senior Executive, Vessel Operations for our client in Singapore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedule arrangements and communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Oversee vessel operations to ensure safe passage and efficient fuel consumption.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the Vessel Master, agents, and other stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Arrange bunkering operations with a focus on cost efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with all relevant parties.
- Coordinate vessel repairs under suitable conditions to minimize costs and downtime.
- Monitor port conditions, such as congestion, and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Ensure all arrangements for new deliveries or re-deliveries adhere to established checklists.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in liner shipping operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Suite.
- A competency certificate class 3 is not mandatory but would be advantageous.
