Responsibilities:
- Informs the customer about service, price and deadline
- Supports tin the framework of accident damage
- Records customer and vehicle data for the customer database
- Ensure customer mobility (e.g. courtesy car, rental car, shuttle services, taxi, etc.)
- Issue courtesy and rental cars to customers
- Prepares and settles complete and detailed orders
- Checks availability of parts before the start of repairs
- Matches current workshop capacity with orders deadlines
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service
