Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Designer with a strong visual design background and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for a global audience. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong ownership of projects, and the ability to drive visual cohesion across various platforms, working collaboratively to bring our brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
- UI & Visual Design: Lead the user interface design for international products, ensuring a high standard of visual aesthetics across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and app interfaces.
- Project Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for the UI design process, demonstrating initiative and an ownership mindset. Coordinate effectively with the team to deliver visually compelling and cohesive designs.
- Global Perspective: Incorporate international design trends and styles, ensuring our digital presence is visually appealing and relevant for global audiences. Participate in creative ideation and contribute to the development of brand assets, event materials, and product visual elements.
- User-Centered Approach: Understand user requirements and product objectives to prioritize features and optimize design solutions. Post-launch, track user interactions, analyze performance data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve the user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI and visual design; a degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred.
- UI & Visual Design Proficiency: Strong understanding of UI design principles, with experience working closely with visual and UX designers to create cohesive interfaces.
- Illustration and Branding: Familiarity with illustration systems and operational design standards; experience with full-stack illustration systems is a plus.
- Global & Local Design Insight: Ability to design for both domestic and international audiences, with a strong understanding of digital trends in diverse markets.
- Proactive & Collaborative: Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to design thinking. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationales.
- Preferred Experience: Experience with major tech companies (e.g., BAT) or Web3 projects, as well as 3D design capabilities, is an advantage.
