Main Responsibilities
1. Preparation of annual training needs analysis which include identification of competency gaps of the employees
2. Organise, coordinate and implement various internal / external training programmes
3. Preparation of training materials
4. Conduct in-house training programme such as on-boarding orientations
5. Drive Company's OJT programme
6. Prepare annual training budget and monitor expenses
7. Liaise and coordinate with external agencies for various training matters such as internship, industrial attachment and assistance claims
8. Maintain and update training training records and certifications
9. Ensure training processes and records comply with audit requirements
10. Prepare reports on training metrics and developmental activities carried out by different departments
11. Organise and coordinate ad-hoc activities
12. Able to read and speak Mandarin will be a plus. Will require to deliver orientations in Mandarin due to PRC new hire
