Logistic Assistant

Venus Beauty Pte. Ltd.

  • Receiving Goods:Unload and inspect incoming shipments to ensure they match purchase orders or delivery documents.
    Check items for damage or discrepancies, record received items in inventory systems, and report issues to supervisors.
    Label products as needed and store them in designated areas.
  • Inventory Management:Track and monitor stock levels to help maintain accurate inventory counts.
    Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory checks to identify discrepancies.
    Rotate stock to ensure older inventory is accessible and used first, helping prevent damage or expiry.
  • Organizing and Storing Inventory:Arrange products in a logical, accessible layout for efficient retrieval by other team members.
    Move items to appropriate storage areas and adjust shelves or storage systems as needed to optimize space.
  • Assisting with Stock Picking :Pick items from storage areas based on internal requests or preparation for packing by other team members.
    Double-check item selections to ensure accuracy before passing items along for packing and shipment.
  • Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of obstacles to maintain a safe work environment.
    Monitor equipment and supplies, and report any maintenance issues to supervisors.
  • Handling Returns and Damaged Goods:Process returned items by checking their condition and updating inventory records as needed.
    Store, dispose of, or report damaged goods according to company procedures.
  • Supporting Safety and Security Protocols:Follow safety guidelines, especially when using tools or operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, if certified.
    Report any security concerns and ensure that items are stored in secured locations as necessary.

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Sat- 8.30 am to 6.30 pm
  • Able to work OT and PH


Requirements

West area

Min. O’ Levels or equivalent with passes in English, Chinese, and Mathematics

Bilingual in English and Chinese, both oral and written so as to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers/suppliers

At least 1 year of similar working experience is a plus.

Team player and a fast learner, someone who is energetic with good people management skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
