Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administration & Marketing Manager to enhance the efficiency of our operations while supporting our marketing to our Chinese-speaking end consumer and key account initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
· Oversee all daily administrative work
· Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries with professionalism.
· Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
· Develop and implement cost-effective ideas and solutions.
· Assist in financial tracking, including budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
Marketing Support:
· Collaborate with key accounts to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
· Develop marketing materials and channels to reach Chinese consumers
· Assist in the creation of Chinese promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
· Conduct research on market trends and customer needs to provide insights for marketing campaigns.
· Monitor marketing performance metrics, providing reports and insights to the team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management
· Proficient in office management software tools
· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
· Excellent Chinese Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
