Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full accounts cycle, including bank reconciliation and journal entries.
- Ensure accurate data entry in for all transactions.
- Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system
- Keep accounting records and bank statements
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare and file GST returns
- Preparation of tax computation and tax planning
- Filling tax returns on time and updating the management about new changes in rules and regulations.
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents;
- Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
- Review subsidiary accounts
- Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Have prior experience in handling full set of accounts and statutory reporting
- Independent to fulfil tasks and a team player to perform tasks in the company workflow
