Advertising Operations Executive - Digital
Moove Media, a member of ComfortDelGro, is a leading provider of out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions, specializing in dynamic media placements on taxis, buses, trains, and stations.
We are a leading media company offering diverse media solutions. We are seeking a talented Advertising Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.
Job Scope:
- Oversee the allocation of resources and traffic management of rail and bus interchanges to support ad campaigns.
- Ensure timely submission to LTA for approval.
- Digital Advertisement – Vendor Contract Management
- Operational and maintenance of digital screen.
- Ensure contractor adhere to contracted SLA such as response time and recovery action during system outages/ abnormally and schedule cleaning and maintenance is performed.
- Provide operational services such as uploading advertisement TVC/ video and taking pictures of uploaded advertisement as proof of delivery on weekly basis.
- Vendor management
- Ensure vendor comply with approved requirement on Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) and General Work Health and Safety (WSH).
- Facilitate the rollout of new advertisement assets by serving as the primary contact for managing project timeline and deliverables and ensuring contractors submit all necessary documents for submission to PTO and authorities for approval.
- Collaborate with Sales Campaigners on administrative requirement, campaign execution and information on installation schedules. Identify and highlight issues that may impact the timeline and execution of the digital campaign.
- Ensure all work order issued complies to Group Procurement policy and procedures and Financials Authority Limit (FALs).
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Nitech or Diploma in Digital, IT or Engineering.
- Minimum 1year experience in media industry and operations management.
- Fair knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge in computer infrastructure, network and cybersecurity.
- Meticulous, systematic and accurate, with good time management skills.
- Able to multi-task as the roles require coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders both internal and outside the organization.
- Good communication skills to manage contractors and communicate with people on the ground.
- Self-driven, resourceful with can-do attitude as the turnaround for advertisement campaign are usually short and require precision execution.
