Job Description
· To assist the HR department in HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and provide support for events.
· Collaborate with HR to understand technology needs and provide strategic guidance
· Ensure successful delivery of HR technology solutions on time and work within budgets.
· To maintain up-to-date and accurate HR documents (eg. employee portal, tracking of employee records)
· Undertake any Adhoc duties as assigned
Manage application/renewal and cancellation of work pass
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different culture and languages
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English and mandarin)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, multi-tasking and adapt to fast-paced environment, young and energetic.
- Problem Solving skill, critical thinking and time management and to achieve project deadline
- Ever work in a child care setting will be an added advantaged.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Proficient in HR practices, MOM regulations, and the Employment Act. Diploma in HR management or computer field.
- Computer Skills :
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and to be able to create spreadsheets for reporting
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware
- Familiar with internet and email proficiency
- Understanding of computer security and privacy
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Solve problems using technology
