- Verify and process applications related to Payments services team
- Handle general queries from touchpoints, policyholders and internal colleagues
- Liaise with other departments, including Bancassurance, Claims, Group Risk Management on payment services related cases
- Support the Unit and Section Lead in workflow documentation
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
