Morgan McKinley is looking for a Business Analyst for a 12-months contract with our multinational client, a global leader in consulting and professional services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Extract and clean data from multiple sources to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve information promptly.
- Handle ad-hoc data requests from clients and management.
- Collaborate with developers to automate report generation processes.
- Address client queries regarding data-related matters.
- Analyze contact center metrics, including call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support operational improvements and strategic decisions.
- Work with management and various departments to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvements based on data analysis findings.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Assist with forecasting demand and planning capacity based on historical trends.
- Stay current on best practices and new technologies in data analysis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- With 1 to 3 years of experience in report generation using Excel, SQL, AWS QuickSight, or other business intelligence and data analytics tools.
- Preferably has contact center experience. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, ideally within a contact center environment.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
