Job Descriptions
• Cooking and preparation of the ingredients
• Assist the Head Chef in managing the activities of Dim Sum production and planning.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and wastages
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen specializing in Chinese cuisine
• Good team player and self-motivated, willing to learn
• 5/6 days work week and able to work on weekends/public holidays
