Personal Assistant

Nogle Global Pte. Ltd.

We have an immediate opening for a Personal Assistant. You will provide support for personal matters to our Chairman and his family.

Role &Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars extensively, including resolving schedule conflicts and prioritizing commitments for both internal, external and personal schedule
  • Able to reply to messages/emails even after office hours
  • Responsible for the procurement of all household items (e.g., groceries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
  • Responsible for household affairs including purchasing daily necessities and house maintenance
  • Making sure smooth operations in the family home
  • Arrange travel including flights, ground transportation, lodging, dining and other activities
  • Conduct event planning and coordination of team off-sites/events upon request
  • Assist in arranging and organizing events/gatherings
  • Hosting responsibilities on trips and at events when asked to be in attendance
  • Supervise and schedule roster of household staff (domestic helper, driver, etc.)
  • Perform translation in Chinese and English when required
  • Run errands, and any other hoc duties assigned by the family.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Family Personal Assistant / Butler or other related experience.
  • Tech savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to seek out information beyond what is plainly presented to you, with an aim to understanding Personal Assistant goals & actively finding ways to be helpful in executing these goals
  • Self-directed, with a proactive attitude and excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and creative skills and solve problems with limited resources and a calm under pressure mentality
  • Laser-focused when it comes to attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and strong time management; committed to getting the tasks done.
  • Mature and professional with a positive demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, coordination, meticulous, organizes and able to keep things confidential.
  • Flexible, adaptable, able to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, and a team player
