Tasks & responsibilities
- Send periodic reminders to clients on key matters using standard templates
- Serve as the main point of contact for client follow-ups
- Conduct research on for related information
- Identify and recommend further opportunities to expand client services
- Work closely with internal teams to offer additional support and solutions
- Maintain a tracking system to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding tasks
- Handling office administrative duties and paperwork which includes data entry, copying, scanning & attending to e-mails, etc.
- Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
- Coordinate with colleagues to achieve department goals
- Other Ad hoc Duties assigned
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
- Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork
- Possess strong honesty, integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work under pressure
