Job Description
- Put up technical statements and requirements for all aspects of Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (ICA) Works, including network development and associated field engineering works.
- Execute procurement functions, including strategic sourcing and supply contracting works.
- Communicate and work very closely with the Procurement Manager and ICA Head for preparation of the invitation of the request for Proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent.
- Maintain and update all procurement documentation and records.
- Support the Instrumentation, Control and Automation Head of Department in budget monitoring.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience. Applicants with more than 8 years of working experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Executive.
- Experience in Environmental Engineering, particularly in water, wastewater treatment, and Waste-to-Energy (WTE) industries, with a focus on SCADA and DCS is preferred.
- Good oral and written command in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with auditing procedures and compliance standards.
- Commercially orientated with good negotiation skill.
