Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead and guide the Foodcourt Managers and Supervisors to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth daily operations in food outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities, facilitating inspections and addressing operational matters.
- Oversee the financial performance of food outlets, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability while ensuring timely collection of rents.
- Regular checks on hygiene, service standards, and tenant performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and agreements.
- Review staff performance, handle disciplinary matters, and communicate policies effectively while managing daily operations and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess Class 3 license
- 5 years’ experience in Foodcourt operation
