What you are responsible for?
· Establish new business relationships, all while providing high level of customer service with existing business partners and candidates
· Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
· Specialized in assigned Industry, managing 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening and selection of the right candidates
· Negotiate terms of business with clients and job offers to candidates
Who are we looking for?
· You should have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
· Passionate in driving quality in everything you do
· Self-driven and enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good exposure in specialized recruitment sales
· Relevant industry sales experience who is keen to do recruitment are strongly encouraged to apply
· Possess CEI Certification (Basic) is highly preferred! (Must be willing to take the certification before/within probation of joining)
· Fresh Graduates are welcome!
Additional Information
· Base Salary: Up to S$3,000 & above (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualification)
