Job description:
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels, aligned with brand tone and style.
- Schedule, monitor, and engage with posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and support growth in followers and engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to gather insights into industry trends, target audience behavior, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate on the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Assist in planning and coordinating on-site events, product launches, and tastings, including logistics and promotional efforts.
- Support in tracking campaign performance and analyzing metrics (e.g., social media engagement, website traffic) to refine marketing strategies.
- Help identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other brands for potential collaborations or sponsorships.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining promotional material, organizing files, and handling basic marketing logistics.
Job requirement:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles; passionate about food and beverage trends.
- Previous internship or experience in marketing, F&B, retail, or related industry is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and ability to multitask.
