What You'll Do:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets that wow our clients
Drive sales by pitching innovative event concepts to potential clients, showcasing how we can elevate their brand through unforgettable experiences
Set clear project goals that align with what our clients and the organization want to achieve
Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them in the loop and ensuring they are happy with our work
Rally our cross-functional crew, assign tasks, and keep communication flowing to ensure each event runs smoothly
Manage the day-to-day execution of events, troubleshooting any hiccups that come along the way
Handle event budgets, track expenses, and find creatives ways to save costs without compromising quality
Implement processes to ensure every aspect of our events is top-notch and meets client expectations
Create and share regular updates with management about event progress, successes, and what's next
Look for ways to improve our event planning processes and share best practices with the team
Help grow our junior team members and build a vibrant event management culture Stay on the cutting edge by exploring new trends in event management and engagement
After events, create detailed reports on what went well, areas for improvement, and lessons learned
Build long-term relationships with clients and pitch ideas for future projects
What We're Looking For:
Experience in event and project management, especially with clients
Sales experience with a knack for pitching event ideas and securing projects Super organized and able to juggle multiple events simultaneously
Strong communicator with awesome people skills
Team player who can lead and inspire others
Experience managing event budgets
