This position reports to the director of DR. CHIRO PTE. LTD. We are professionally trained chiropractic and holistic health care practice committed to revitalising and transforming your mental and physical health through non-surgical and non-drug procedures. The Office Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of general office operations, facilities and administrative functions. He/she ensures smooth business operation by handling and administering store facilities, administer company policies relating to office maintenance and ensure adherence to company administrative procedures.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Support the overall operations of the company on a daily basis.
2. Manage services required for smooth running of office operations.
3. Maintaining updated records and document data ensuring documentations are accurate
4. Manage customer relations and ensure good customer service
5.Any other administrative duties as assigned
Technical Skills and Competencies1. Responsible for overseeing the daily general office operations and manage office administrative duties
2. Ability to handle and devise ways to streamline administrative policies, processes or procedures
