Job Title: Membership Administrator
OB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide daily operation duties and administrative assistance in membership enquiries and services
- Assist with any enquires (via phone, email or in-person)
- Assist and support the Membership Sales team with membership application
- Update and handle confidential membership profile and database
- Perform secretarial and administration support duties
- Assist with membership application data-entry and post-sales membership enrolment kit preparation
- Rotating membership enquiry duty on weekdays and once every weekend or as and when assigned
- Assist with event planning and duties during membership events and /or when necessary
- Perform supporting function in membership sales related enquires (incentive will be deterrmined by team leader and awarded when monthly team KPI is met)
- Any other jobs/ duties as assign as and when by the management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Good command of languages
- Possess a high level of confidentiality and comfortable to strike a conversation with any walk-in / member
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Five-day workweek and once every weekend rotating duty. Must be willing to commit on weekends duty and event duty (weekends / public holidays)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management with strong sense of urgency and priority
- Initiative to learn and get things done efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel, Outlook and etc
