Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our expanding team in the tech industry. As a Junior HR Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the entire recruitment process, helping to attract and secure top tech talent to drive our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Full-Cycle Recruitment: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job postings and conducting initial screenings to interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
- Source Top Talent: Proactively source and engage potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks, particularly for tech roles.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Facilitate Onboarding: Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection, preparation, and orientation coordination to support a smooth transition.
- Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a responsive and positive experience.
- Contribute to Recruitment Strategy: Work closely with the HR team to develop and refine recruitment strategies tailored to meet the unique demands of the tech industry.
- Generate Recruitment Analytics: Prepare and present recruitment-related reports and analytics to assist management in evaluating hiring metrics and identifying trends.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with recruitment best practices and trends, particularly within the tech industry, to enhance effectiveness and adapt to industry changes.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment or HR coordination, ideally within the tech sector.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Practices: Familiarity with the recruitment process, candidate sourcing techniques, and screening methods.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Team-Oriented and Self-Directed: Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Bonus: Experience with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and a keen understanding of tech industry hiring practices.
