- Responding to questions and offering post-purchase support
- Communicating and settling disputes with suppliers on delivery, cost, etc.
- Actively responds to the demands and questions of clients. For instance, creating purchase orders, delivery orders, quotes, and invoices, among other things.
- Oversee inventory and logistics for both domestic and international stock points.
