RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep up to date product information and accurately describe product features to customers.
Help customer service and retention function, handle customer queries, complaints, suggestions and requests.
Understand market trend, market need and identify potential sales channel to develop business plans and strategize for business.
Provide feedback from the customer's point of view.
Plan and develop sales promotional activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Have Minimum experience of 3 years under some well- known designers in Indian ethnic wear or under some reputed brands in the similar field.
Expertise in Indian bridal wear, embroideries mainly into Sarees, Lehnga and Punjabi Suit for the premium market.
Knowledge of textures, patterns, fabrics, embroideries, sourcing of materials.
Should be creative in design function and can be work under pressure.
Technical and practical knowledge of customer service/relationship management process in a retail environment.
Strong understanding of customer psyche and issues in retail purchases.
