Job Description
- Schedule, Prepare and Process import/export documentation and related activities.
- Liaising with forwarders and overseas agents with regards to incoming / outgoing shipments.
- Arrange for the courier service pick-up and documents preparations
- Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to supervisor
- Handle processes of all orders
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices for customers
- Provide customer support
- Coordinate delivery of materials
- Follow-up with suppliers on payment
- Resolve ad-hoc problems in day-to-day operations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/LCCI in accounting
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related firled
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Basic accounting knowledge is advantage
