What You’ll Be Doing:
- Craft Perfection: Roast, brew, and serve exceptional coffee and tea, mastering every detail.
- Quality Presentation: Follow unique recipes and portion standards to create a beautiful beverage every time.
- Prep & Present: Keep stations clean, stocked, and ready to serve.
- Collaborate & Grow: Team up with others, attend training sessions, and engage in team meetings to enhance your craft.
- Flexible Support: Jump in to assist different areas of the café based on team needs.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Base salary from $2,300 to $2,500 per month.
- Perks & Benefits: $180 meal allowance, plus a complimentary staff drink each shift.
- Annual Bonus: Up to $600 to enjoy at the end of the year.
- Work-Life Balance: 45-hour work week, with a rotating 5-day schedule.
- Extras: Sunday and public holiday shifts available for those who want extra hours.
- Growth Incentives: Confirmation bonus of SGD 500 after your 3-month probation!
Shift Times:
- Regular Hours: 9am–11pm (Monday–Saturday) and 12pm–10pm (Sunday & Public Holidays).
- Responsibilities Include: Maintaining your station and ensuring stock is fresh and ready for each shift.
