To provide general administrative duties, support the sales team and other ad hoc duties when required.
Handle frontline clerical duties:
- Attend to telephone calls and answering general enquiries
- Receive walk-in visitors
- Provide general administrative and project-based work support
Support duties:
- Key in invoices
- Receiving stocks
- Transferring stocks
- Inventories control
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.45pm
- alternate Saturdays - 8.30am to 12.30pm
Requirements
- West area
- Skill: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Min. O’ Levels or equivalent with passes in English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, both oral and written so as to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers / suppliers
- At least 1 year of similar working experience is a plus.
- Team player and a fast learner, someone who is energetic with good people management skills and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Able to start immediately.
- Singaporeans only.
