Responsibilities
- Responsible for drafting the bidding documents in the early stage of the project. Technical gatekeeping, and participation in the bidding process.
- Pharmaceutical equipment engineering project construction management;
- Construction management of weak current engineering projects;
- In-depth design of on-site electrical drawing construction;
- Electrical facilities maintenance and maintenance requirements:
- Master the basic knowledge of strong and weak electricity design, strong and weak electricity design specifications and general design calculations, familiar with the performance and parameters of related materials and equipment, familiar with site construction technology; 3.
- More than 3 years of weak current design experience or site construction experience;
- Proficient in reading structural design drawings, pipeline design drawings, mechanical and electrical design drawings and other related building information Good at communication, courage to take responsibility, good team spirit and cooperation spirit, can bear strong work pressure;
- Strong ability to learn, analyze and solve problems; 7. Skilled use of common drawing software (CAD) and office software;
- Responsible for the quality supervision of work related to the profession in the construction site. Check. Rectify and track the work.
- Responsible for the "coaching" of the professionals in the process of project construction. 8. Responsible for the construction site and the owner. Manage the company. Supervise the company's communication. Coordinate work.
- Other work arranged by superiors.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree or above in building electrical or related major;
- fresh graduates or more than 5 years of on-site electrical construction work experience, familiar with construction specifications and site management;
- Familiar with electrical installation in the electromechanical installation process of medical plant project, with rich experience in site construction management;
- good health, with good on-site coordination and team spirit.
- Experience in clean workshop construction is preferred.
- Singapore Class-3 Driving license.
