Roles of the Dental Clinic Manager/ Assistant Dental Clinic Manager:
* Scheduling patient appointments (via phone, messages and email)
* provide chair side assistance for the dentist
* Overseeing front desk operations
* Managing Financial Transactions and Billing
* Handling patient queries and feedback in accordance with clinic policies
* Co-ordinating with dental professionals within the practice and visiting consultants
* Ensuring compliance with Health Regulations
* Inventory management
* Providing outstanding customer services to patients
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the clinic
* Supervise staff and foster a positive work environment
* Enhance patient care and satisfaction
* Implement efficient administrative processes
* Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
* Ensure accurate stock-checking of materials and equipments
Skills:
* Proven experience in dental practice management
* Strong leadership and communication skills, especially communicating with patients
* Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
* Knowledge of dental procedures and Medisys software is an added advantage
