Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features of jewellery items to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the jewellery display area
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security and loss prevention.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, preferably with sales background in jewellery
- Good communication skills.
- Cheerful, self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer & sales oriented
- Professional presentation
