Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Meet with new or existing clients and provide sensible solutions to address HR issues.
- Advice clients on matters relating to HR & Payroll in accordance to Employment Act and other Singapore laws.
- Develop or assist in the development of Employee Handbook, HR Templates, Policies and Procedures for clients.
- Prepare payroll for clients.
- Manage CPF and tax filing such as IR8A and IR21.
- Post and monitor job advertisements.
- Convert candidate resumes to company format.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Research on organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Assist in finding and developing new markets and clients.
- Prepare or assist in preparing proposals for clients.
Requirements
- Preferably 1 year of experience in HR or Payroll function
- Fresh graduate who is willing to learn are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Intermediate/advanced MS Word skills and basic Excel skills are highly valued.
- Past experience using HR & Payroll software such as Employment Hero, Talenox and Info-tech, etc. is highly valued.
Selected candidates will be generally required to report to office but hybrid working arrangements can be discussed.
