Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
  • Meet with new or existing clients and provide sensible solutions to address HR issues.
  • Advice clients on matters relating to HR & Payroll in accordance to Employment Act and other Singapore laws.
  • Develop or assist in the development of Employee Handbook, HR Templates, Policies and Procedures for clients.
  • Prepare payroll for clients.
  • Manage CPF and tax filing such as IR8A and IR21.
  • Post and monitor job advertisements.
  • Convert candidate resumes to company format.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Research on organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Assist in finding and developing new markets and clients.
  • Prepare or assist in preparing proposals for clients.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year of experience in HR or Payroll function
  • Fresh graduate who is willing to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Word skills and basic Excel skills are highly valued.
  • Past experience using HR & Payroll software such as Employment Hero, Talenox and Info-tech, etc. is highly valued.


Selected candidates will be generally required to report to office but hybrid working arrangements can be discussed.
