DD2 Media (https://dd2media.com) is an integrated and full-service digital marketing agency which started in September 2019.

We are looking for passionate matured individuals to apply for the opening of Digital Executive under Mid-Career Pathway Programme.


Under this programme, trainee will The Digital Executive will be trained on all aspects of the pre & post-digital sales process. This includes media plan creation and execution, campaign delivery, client support and satisfaction. He/she will be trained to develop digital media plans and presentations across multiple digital advertising categories while working with sales and ad ops to help grow the business.


This role is open to Singaporean/Singapore PR applicants aged 40 and above, who are seeking to making a switch to marketing agency industry. He/she will undergo 6 months of training under this programme, before potential conversion to full-time employee.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a good relationship with clients for client retention and account management for key major accounts.
  • Provide account leadership during all stages of client engagement and effectively manage ongoing client needs and expectations.
  • Understand the client’s business objectives and goals. Provide strategic consultation to ensure client’s business objectives and goals are met.
  • Oversee all briefs on account, collaborate with the internal team and facilitate ideation, always on the lookout for ideas that are big and offer the greatest impact on the client's business.
  • Achieve client marketing objectives by identifying scope and develop creative campaign proposals.
  • Keep ahead of latest digital marketing news and trends.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned that are compatible with skills and experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES):

  • Minimum 1-2 years of online advertising/marketing experience at a publisher, agency or ad tech firm. Prior experience in online account management/planning experience and familiarity with online advertising will be beneficial.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business-related modules, Marketing and Entrepreneurship preferred.
  • Singaporeans/Singapore PR applicants aged 40 and above.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Passion for digital marketing and web technology will be ideal.
  • Highly focused, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Able to eye for details in a fast-changing environment, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaborating skills, in both written and oral skills.
  • Able to work well individually and in teams.
  • Take pride in getting the best work possible out for internal stakeholders or external clients.
