Job Description
Upkeep critical System and Security infrastructure that supports different business functions of StarHub. The role includes design, implementation, operations, maintenance, and system training. He/she may lead important projects that require providing team members with instruction, guidance, and advice. He/she applies critical and analytical approach to identify the organization's business requirements and then design and implement application infrastructures to deploy services.
Requirements
- Appropriate qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/ Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of security policy and compliance, with at least 2 years of experiences in handling security and network infrastructure eg routers, switches, firewall, load balancers, proxies, authentication systems (AD, TACACS, Radius)
- Good internet systems knowledge eg DNS, DHCP, IPAM
- Hands-on proficiency in Linux and Window Server administration.
- Basic understanding of distributed computing environment concepts and capacity planning of servers (hardware and software levels)
- Understanding of Representational State Transfer (REST) and Application Program Interfaces (APIs)
