Must-Have Skills
· Experience in delivering managed services support and SLA management for Datacenter, AWS, Azure, End User Computing and Service Desk, especially in the airline domain
· Transition and Transformation experience in IT Infrastructure Services area
· Knowledge on Datacenter Upgrade of Legacy systems and migration of workloads from DC to Cloud
· Provide solution to customer business requirement, which includes, Plan, solution, commercials and FTE estimates.
Good-to-Have Skills
· Travel, Transport and Hospitality Domain experience
· AWS / Azure Solution Architect certification or equivalent
· Project Management certification or equivalent
Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for providing technical directions, control and recommendation to the IT Infrastructure Services team
· Utilization of Server, Storage, backup, cloud team, End User support team personnel to ensure all the agreed deliverable to customer are met within the timelines
· Responsible for Planning and executing Transition of services from Incumbent vendor
· Responsible for achieving the Project Service Level and milestones agreed with the customer
· Provide Datacenter and cloud migration expertise and coordination in support of the overall projects
· Managing the Revenue and Cost, Year on Year productivity gain, Margin, Time & Budget in line to contract, Business score card Alignment
· People Management (Leadership, Vendor, business owners, Stakeholder, Team management), Retention and Mentoring
· Leverage Contextual knowledge and provide Service Improvements, Value Benefits and cost optimization to customer
· Provide insights and Point of View to customer on the Best Practices and Industrial trends in the Datacenter services and Cloud Support which will enable customer
· Support and manage Infrastructure Solutions, Scoping, Transitions, Contracts, Commercial management, Request for Proposals, Sales teams negotiations, Customer negotiations, Amendments on Scope of Work for customer
