Location: Redhill
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon-Fri); 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alt Sat)
Salary: Up to $3500 + incentive
Main Objectives of the role:
- Ensure premium service consulting tailored to the individual needs of each customer
- Manage the repair process
- Prepare and release invoices
- Boost sales through selling Aftersales products and services
- Loyalise customers and ensure customer satisfaction at any time
- Assist customers in Accident Reporting
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Possess class 3 driving licence
- Prior experience in customer service in automotive industry is an added advantage
