The Role

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be involved in driving new sales and management of Global and National level accounts for Adecco Singapore. The incumbent would also be responsible for maximizing specific accounts penetration via positioning cross service lines (Staffing, Perm, Outsourcing, Adecco Eco-system etc.) in the Global and strategic local entities, ultimately facilitating the delivery of business budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering new sales revenue targets for across various business lines
  • Ensuring quantitative activity KPI are delivered by the sales team in order to ensure continued growth in the accounts
  • Ensuring rigor in the management of these accounts, extending across disciplined account management methodologies and internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring front-end tools (Salesforce) are well adopted. This includes the disciplined management of the Sales Pipeline, in addition to the tracking (‘Transformation’) of given opportunities full potential

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree / BSc in Business or relevant
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the sales function (preferably in a multinational environment)
  • Recruitment industry / B2B experience
  • Solution selling skills in putting together complex multi-faceted deals from bid receipt to solution crafting, to pricing, presentation, negotiation, and closing
  • Direct Asia/ Singapore market experience
  • Customer focused and come with sound project management skills
  • Knowledge of pricing as well as sales techniques
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and familiar with PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project
