Job Description & Requirements
A. Responsibilities
a) Knowledge of basic Huawei storage basic operation.
b) Making network cable, installation of hardware and basic setup, Hardware spare replace
c) Understanding of operation process and procedure
d) L1 operation and support using Huawei basic operation GUI and tools, including daily health check, end user support, weekly/monthly routine operation
e) Basic trouble shooting, logs collection and on-site support
f) Other tasks assigned by customer
B. Requirement
a) Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
b) The person should have 1 year of IT (storage) engineer experience with the following skills and competencies:
c) Knowledge and experience on Huawei Storage
d) Experience with coordinating with multiple vendors for storage deployment
e) Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
f) Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
g) Meticulous, dateline oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task
h) Prior experience within Storage engineering a bonus
i) Night shift working arrangement is required
