Position Overview:
The Junior Pastry and Bakery Chef will prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Bakery: Demonstrate knowledge of baking techniques and processes; follow recipes as required.
- Pastry: Understand pastry techniques and applications; follow recipes accurately.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in kitchen settings, familiar with kitchen equipment.
- Diploma or certificate in pastry or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
