We are looking for a temporary part-time Sales & Logistics admin assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team to prepare sales invoice and delivery order prior to goods shipment
- Ensure ERP system and documents are up to date
- Update documents and information to relevant stakeholders (e.g. customer, salesperson, finance department)
- Make logistics arrangements (local and overseas)
- Other ad-hoc administrative work
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
Experience with ERP system a plus
Responsible and meticulous
Able to work independently
