Description:
• Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to customers’ enquiries
• Engaging in meaningful conversations with customers on concept, products and tea knowledge
• Preparation, plating and serving of food and drinks
• Opening and closing of outlets
• Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables
• Having clear communication within the team members for each shift, so that instructions are passed on correctly
• Reporting to outlet manager
Requirement :
• Experience and interest in F&B
• Passion for tea, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge
• Able to work weekends & public holidays
Skills & Abilities:
• Well-groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly
• Ability to withstand stress and work well under pressure
