As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in driving our retail and online operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales services.
- Process, pack, and sort online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, maintain registers, and perform daily sales reconciliations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage sales records, reports, and communications effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- "N" "O" Level, NITEC/Diploma holders are welcome, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
