Job Description:
- Participated in the initial concept design, contributing creative and practical ideas for the new erection and upgrading of an existing industrial building.
- Managed the submission of detailed architectural plans and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and statutory regulations.
- Served as the building contract administrator, managing contractual obligations and ensuring that all parties adhered to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Managed projects from initiation to completion, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Min. 4 years of industrial projects working experiences.
