Style Degree is looking for enthusiastic part-time retail ambassadors!
We’re a home and living brand in Singapore, focused on creating stylish essentials that simplify the home and living space. You’ll engage customers with fun product demos, drive sales, manage stock, and keep our retail area organized. Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries with professionalism and an understanding of product features. Provide tips and guidance to customers on home organization with relation to our product range. To provide customer recovery when needed.
- Product Demonstration: Provide hands-on demonstrations of our products, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Stocktake: Perform stocktake. Report on stock levels. Provide recommendations based on customer feedback and product sales.
- Merchandising & organization: Ensure that products are well-organized and arranged in an engaging manner for customers to shop. Ensure that the area is clean and stock are neatly placed.
- Discipline and brand image: In short, have good work ethics. Be neatly attired, organized and carry a positive attitude and body language.
Requirements:
- Able to work 2-5 days a week. Commit to at least a 6 month period.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Use of iPad and Excel Sheet
- As with retail environment, be physically able and comfortable with being on your feet during working hours
- Similar experience in events or customer interaction roles is a plus (Training will be provided)
- Hit achievable sales target set by us
Working Details:
- Timing: 12 - 8PM / 12 - 9PM (includes 1 Hour unpaid break)
- Location: Bugis & Vivocity
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $10-12/hour weekday & $11-15/hour weekend depending on experience
